When I quietly launched UGC management through Silent Empire, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.
There was no big launch, no ads, no countdown timers - just a simple offer for brands who wanted help managing UGC properly.
Within the first week, I was fully booked.
I wanted to share what happened, why demand came so quickly, and what this means if you’re a brand thinking about UGC management.
It wasn’t about “more videos”
Most brands don’t struggle to find creators anymore.
What they struggle with is everything around the content:
-
briefing creators clearly
-
managing communication
-
organising gifting
-
chasing deadlines
-
getting content that actually feels on-brand
UGC itself isn’t the hard part.
Managing it well is.
The brands who reached out weren’t asking for “just a few videos”.
They were asking for help with systems, consistency, and someone to take the mental load off their plate.
That’s exactly why I created Silent Empire’s UGC management service.
Why brands booked in quickly
The brands who joined early had one thing in common - they were already feeling stretched.
They were:
-
juggling creators on top of everything else
-
spending hours in DMs and emails
-
unsure which content would actually perform
-
tired of starting from scratch every month
They didn’t want more noise.
They wanted someone experienced to step in and handle it properly.
Having built and scaled my own brands, I understand how important UGC is, but I also know how time-consuming it can become when it’s unmanaged.
For the right brands, getting support sooner rather than later just made sense.
Why I closed bookings so quickly
Even though the demand was exciting, keeping bookings open didn’t feel right.
I work closely with brands, creators, and content strategy, and that only works when capacity is protected.
I intentionally cap the number of brands I work with so I can:
-
maintain quality
-
manage creators properly
-
keep communication smooth
-
deliver consistent, usable content
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing it well.
What this says about UGC right now
UGC has evolved.
Brands are no longer just looking for content that looks nice - they want:
-
reliable monthly delivery
-
content that fits into ads, socials, and email
-
creators who understand the brand
-
less chaos behind the scenes
That’s where UGC management comes in.
When it’s done properly, it becomes a system, not a scramble.
What happens now
At the moment, Silent Empire is fully booked.
New brands are accepted via waitlist only, and availability opens as space allows. This helps me ensure every brand gets the attention and care they deserve.
If working together feels like the right fit, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.
When a spot opens, brands on the waitlist are contacted first.
