We understand that purchasing makeup online can be daunting, so we have taken the risk away by offering a money back guarantee.
Feel confident that you can return the products within 7 days of receiving them if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you love the product, but the shade is not what you expected, we will happily exchange for another shade.
To assist with Foundation shade selections, please email customerservice@silentempire.com.au and we will recommend the best shades for you. Just email us a few images of yourself in good/natural lighting.
How to organise a return and refund
- Email customerservice@silentempire.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and quote your order number & advise the product/products you wish to return. Please note: If you are located outside of Aus/NZ we can't email you a reply paid label, so we will refund your return postage amount up to $15AUD
- We will respond within 48hrs and will email you a reply paid label that you can stick to the original packaging & send back to us.
- Once we have received the retuned goods, we will refund your payment.
How to organise a product exchange
- Email customerservice@silentempire.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and quote your order number & advise the product/products you wish to exchange.
- We will respond within 48hrs and will email you a reply paid label that you can stick to the original packaging & send back to us. Please note: If you are located outside of Aus/NZ we can't email you a reply paid label, so we will refund your return postage amount up to $15AUD
- Once we have received the returned goods, we will send the products that you have exchanged them for.
Common Questions
Do I have to pay the return postage to send the products back to you?
No, after you have emailed customerservice@silentempire.com.au to organise the return/exchange we will email you a reply paid label.
If you are located outside of Aus/NZ we can't email you a reply paid label, so we will refund your return postage amount up to $15AUD
If I return my entire order for a refund, will I also be refunded the postage charge?
Yes you will receive a full refund, including the postage amount you were charged by us if you are returning your order in full.
Can I return part of my order but keep the rest?
Yes you can. For example if you have purchased 5 products and only wish to return 1. That is fine. We can refund or exchange the 1 product.
I love the Foundation, but the shade is not a match. What can I do?
Just email customerservice@silentempire.com.au and let us know. We can exchange for another shade. We will send you a reply paid label to send the original foundation back in and we will assist you with selecting the perfect shade. We will send the new foundation to you. You don’t need to pay any extra postage.
What happens if I have exchanged my foundation and the new foundation is not a perfect match either?
No problem at all. We will assist you in the exchange process and will ensure you are happy with your foundation. We will do everything to ensure you are happy and receive a perfect match at no extra postage cost to you. There is no need to worry about this 😊
Can I return/exchange the products I have purchased online at the Silent Empire store?
If you have purchased products from the Silent Empire store in Albury, please contact the store directly about your purchase.
